协议范围Scope

本协议适用于您访问钛一数智官方网站（www.taioneai.com）及注册使用我们的开发者工具、文档中心等在线服务。企业级产品与服务的完整权利义务以双方签署的商务合同及《服务条款》为准。This agreement covers use of our website and online services such as developer tools and documentation. Enterprise engagements are governed by commercial contracts and the Terms of Service.

账号注册Registration

您注册账号时应提供真实、准确、完整的信息，并在信息变更时及时更新。您不应将账号转让或出借给第三方使用。我们有权对注册信息进行核验，并对可疑账号采取限制措施。Provide true, accurate and complete information at registration. Accounts are non-transferable. We may verify information and restrict suspicious accounts.

开发者工具使用Developer Tools

您在使用 API、SDK、示例代码等开发者工具时，应遵守相应的接口调用规范与配额限制：undefined

• 在配额范围内合理调用，异常高频调用可能被限流；Stay within quotas; abusive call patterns may be rate-limited.

内容规范Content Policy

您不得利用我们的服务生成、传播违反法律法规或公序良俗的内容。我们可能依法对违规内容采取处置措施，并配合监管要求履行相应义务。Do not generate or distribute content that violates laws or public order. We may take measures against violating content as required by law.

其他Miscellaneous

本协议的订立、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律。与本协议有关的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交我们有管辖权的人民法院裁决。This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
