服务条款Terms of Service

服务概述Service Overview

本条款是您（以下简称"客户"）与广东钛一数智科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）就使用我们的产品与服务（包括智能算力基座、大模型服务、具身机器人OS、AI 运维调度平台、大模型运维监控及相关技术服务）所达成的约定。请务必审慎阅读并充分理解本条款。These terms govern your use of TaiYi products and services, including computing infrastructure, LLM services, robot OS, ops platforms and related technical services.

账号与使用规范Accounts & Acceptable Use

您应当妥善保管账号凭据，对账号下的全部活动负责。您承诺不将服务用于以下用途：undefined

• 违反任何适用法律法规或监管要求；Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• 生成或传播违法、侵权、虚假、歧视性内容；Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, false or discriminatory content.
• 对服务进行反向工程、恶意攻击或干扰其他客户使用；Reverse engineering, attacking, or disrupting the service for other customers.
• 未经授权转售或超授权范围使用服务。Reselling or exceeding authorized usage scope.

服务水平Service Levels

我们对标准服务承诺 99.9% 的月度可用性目标（以具体合同约定为准）。发生故障时，我们将按约定的响应时效提供支持。计划内维护将提前通知客户并尽量安排在业务低峰时段。We target 99.9% monthly availability for standard services (per contract). Planned maintenance is notified in advance and scheduled off-peak where possible.

数据与知识产权Data & IP

您在使用服务过程中提交的业务数据归您所有；我们仅在提供服务的必要范围内处理该等数据。我们保留服务的全部知识产权（含软件、模型、文档与商标）。您基于服务产出的内容，其权利归属按双方合同约定执行。Your business data remains yours; we process it only as needed to deliver the service. All service IP (software, models, docs, trademarks) remains ours. Output ownership follows your contract.

责任限制Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的范围内，我们对任何间接损失、利润损失或数据损失不承担责任；我们的累计赔偿责任以您在索赔发生前十二个月内就相关服务支付的费用总额为限。本条款不影响您依据法律法规享有的不可放弃的权利。To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, profit or data losses; aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

条款变更与终止Changes & Termination

我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后将在网站公示。若您不同意更新内容，可停止使用服务并按合同约定终止合作。若您违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务。We may update these terms with notice on this site. You may stop using the services if you disagree. We may suspend or terminate services for material violations.
